I live with my husband and crazy kitty. Much of my time is spent writing, reading, and playing with the grands. You can usually find me sipping tea or coffee, nibbling on dark chocolate, and contemplating what to plant next in the garden. If not those pursuits, then I am probably trying to figure out how to cook and live in an RV, creating cards with rubber stamps, walking, hiking, or out snapping photos with my camera.

Thank you, Janet. So nice to have sun colors instead of gray.

It has been gray here for days! I keep telling myself the sun is up there – somewhere!

Yes! Somewhere! Rain here today. Gray. (spring is coming, spring is coming, spring is coming…)

Thank you! I loved doing melting crayons with my preschoolers and my own children/grands. We used old food warming trays (not hot enough to hurt anything), copy paper, paperless crayons, and pencils. We would melt the crayons against the paper, melting them, and then draw designs and pictures. When we got done, we used a pencil to flip up the paper edge (to avoid the heat). So soothing and fun! The sunrise sky looked just like we had crayon melted it!
